Legendary Californian anticon double-act Themselves, consisting of emcee doseone and MPC-player Jel, are coming back to Bristol with a freshly-squeezed album in their socks. Since 1997 the duo have combined the beautiful and obscure with the old skool and heavy. Please do grace us with your presence and check out some shit-hot MPC playing of the likes you've never heard before and witness some beautifully delivered abstract poetry.

The multi-instrumentalist Bristol-based Manyfingers is set to bring his uniquely charming and cinematic compositions to the evening. His sets regularly include drums, cello, Spanish guitar, recorder, xylophone and kante looped, layered and beautifully arranged into haunting melodies and graceful climactic arrangements.

Michael J Rocks have been making wonderfully crafted electronic music for a number of years. Back by popular demand the duo will be playing their specially toned-down-from-the-ear-rinsing-breakcore-we-still-love set to support Themselves. If you didn't catch them last time be sure to this time round, it was the highlight of many peoples' evenings. Expect some interestingly arranged and carefully edited glitchy hip hop stylings.

The rather quirky singer and songwriter Clayton Blizzard will be playing us his unusual mix of folky, hip hoppy and often anecdotal music. Honest and unique, he'll be a delight to watch perform with a wealth of diverse and amusing lyrical content.

Ben One, Bristol-based producer and MPC player is bringing a mix of his friends to join him in playing out some straight-up heavy hip hop. Expect sweet cuts, tight rhymes and weighty beats.

Granville Sessions are a London-based 7-piece act, proper heavy live hip hop, the crew are making their Bristol debut at this gig. Their setup includes MPC, drums, bass, guitar and three emcees. Expect wicked rhymes, chunky melodies and massive riddims from this proper tight outfit.
