Portishead have been announced as curators of the All Tomorrow's Parties Nightmare Before Christmas alternative music bash at Butlins, Minehead in December. As well as performing their new material, the Bristol trio will be selecting the festival line up (around 50 bands), and controlling many of the details, right down to the TV programming in the on-site chalets.

The internationally known three-piece have also been confirmed to play their first full set of new material in nearly 10 years at the alternative music bash, which takes place this year from December 7-9th at Butlins Holiday Camp, Minehead.

The line-up for the winter festival is expected later this week with tickets already on sale for £130 (Room Only accommodation) and £150 (Self Catering accommodation).
