Loci at The Croft, Bristol - 2nd July Print E-mail

Loci @ The Croft, Bristol Date: Thursday 2nd July Venue: The Croft, Bristol Doors: 8pm Entry: £5 AGITrawkers Loci will be back in Bristol for a night of nightmarish joy-noise at the Croft on Thursday 2nd July. Joined by purveyers of noise Exit International and alternative progsters Port Erin.

Loci

Pioneers of AGITrawk, Loci are a visceral frenzy - frustration-fuelled and low on ritalin. Haemorrhaging for your pleasure, over the last 100 shows Loci have left a wake of destroyed instruments and body parts across the country. A grindhouse blend of the sarcastic, damaged and vital. www.locionline.com

Exit International

Uniting two basses with feral drums, Exit International are the loudest/noisiest 'pop' band you will ever hear. Taking influence from a shared love of Girls Against Boys, Lightning Bolt, The Jesus Lizard and supporting the likes of The 80’s Matchbox B-line Disaster, Bad for Lazarus and My Vitriol, the Joy Collective describes them as "completely diamond brilliant". www.myspoce.com/exitinternationalmusic

Port Erin

The alternative progressive PORT ERIN hail from the depths of the English countryside. All members grew up together and still write in the small village of Broughton Gifford, Wiltshire. PORT ERIN are Cerys Brocklehurst, (Drums) Jacob Tyghe, (Bass) and Reuben Tyghe, (Guitar and Vocals). Since forming in January 2007 the band have completed over 130 shows, 4 UK Tours and self-released two E.Ps. www.myspoce.com/porterin
