Bristol Chills Out To The Beat With Arts Council England, South West on 21st June at the Chill-Day Festival. Bristol will throb with chill-out rhythms when the city's coolest free music festival takes place at St George's on 21 June. The Chill-Day is a family-friendly event, funded by Arts Council England, South West, and marks the climax of National Refugee Week 2009 with world music, dance, food and storytelling. The cultural extravangaza forms part of the year long Migrations festival celebrating the cultural richness of people across Bristol and the South West. Over 1,000 Bristolians are expected to attend the event being held in the gardens at St George's – one of Britain's leading concert halls and recording studios.

All-live is a new night of hip-hop influenced live bands. The first of which is May 1st at The Cooler on Park St, Bristol.
This night is being put on by Syte and The Sound members Syte and Kastor who's only aim is to put on a great party and hopefully break even. Hence the very reasonable price of £5 per ticket.
As well as the live bands, a host of DJs including Ewan Hoozmi (FunkFromTheTrunk / Mad Method) and Antics (Flannel) will carry the fun on into the night to make sure you get the most from your fiver.
